PicToCards (“the App”) is a language-learning app developed by Anastasiia Kharicheva (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information. By using the App, you agree to this policy.
We do not collect any personal information. The App contains no analytics, advertising, tracking, or crash-reporting tools, and we operate no servers. We never receive, see, or store any information about you or how you use the App.
Any cards, decks, images, and game progress you create are stored locally on your device only. This content is never transmitted to us or to any third party. If you delete the App, this content is removed along with it. Device-level backups (for example, iCloud or computer backups) are managed entirely by you and by Apple's operating system, and are outside our control; please refer to Apple's policies for how those backups are handled.
The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment details or Apple ID information. Apple's handling of your data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
PicToCards is an educational app suitable for all ages, including children. Because the App collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country or region).
The App does not integrate any third-party SDKs or services, other than Apple's App Store, which is used solely to process subscriptions as described above.
